Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

Important Guidelines:

  • The video should start before opening the package.
  • The shipping label should be clearly visible.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper video evidence, we may not be able to process the claim.

6. Quality Inspection Process

After receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect the product carefully.
