- Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

We offer shipping services across India.
Shipping Fee
- Flat Shipping Charge: ₹200 Pan India
Shipping charges are added during checkout before payment confirmation.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

All Rugged will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to:

- Wrong contact number
- Incomplete shipping information
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
8. Damaged Package or Missing Items
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- Missing items
- Wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Photos/videos of the package
- Proper unboxing video proof
Claims without unboxing video evidence may not be accepted.
